This notice applies to the official Online Emergency Card (/e/) and Return-Home Card (/r/) reader pages on meowport.app. Card content is provided by users; Meowport does not guarantee its accuracy, so please beware of scams. Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, is fraudulent, or otherwise breaks the applicable service terms.
Cards that users choose to publish are stored as encrypted records in iCloud/CloudKit. A browser holding the complete share link reads that one card record and decrypts it locally in the browser; this does not give the website access to the user's entire iCloud account or make it public.
This mechanism does not review card content before publication. A page that opens, or a record that is not on the stop-display list, does not mean the content was reviewed or endorsed by Meowport.
Why this ability exists: in many regions where meowport.app is used, rules such as the EU Digital Services Act, the UK Online Safety Act and the notice-and-takedown frameworks of Japan, Korea, India and Australia expect a service that displays user-published content to act on reports of unlawful material after review. Suspending a reported card after our team's review is how we respond to such reports; it is never a judgment made in advance.
After a report we carry out a human review and may, under applicable law, policies and the service terms, stop the specified record from loading and displaying on the official meowport.app reader pages. A report by itself never stops a card. The publisher or an affected rights holder can object, provide necessary material and request a review at the addresses below. We handle requests as applicable requirements provide and do not promise that every complaint succeeds or is resolved within a fixed time.
This webpage measure does not delete or change local records on devices and is not deletion of the iCloud/CloudKit source record. It does not cover the Mainland China site, plaintext already obtained, external copies, or old or modified clients; publishing under a new record may fall outside an earlier single-card decision. The reader pages check the stop-display list when a card opens and while it stays visible; when that check cannot be completed, a card may remain visible for up to about 15 minutes before it pauses and offers Retry. That is not a finding of misconduct, and the home page is unaffected.
iCloud is provided independently by Apple and the applicable regional provider under their terms; their account or content measures are not Meowport's webpage measure, and Meowport cannot control, reverse or guarantee recovery from them. Liability and statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are not limited by this notice. To report content or request a review, contact [email protected] or [email protected].

为什么需要这项能力：在meowport.app服务的许多地区，欧盟《数字服务法》、英国《网络安全法》以及日本、韩国、印度、澳大利亚的通知与处置规则等，都要求展示用户发布内容的服务在收到违法内容举报并经审核后采取处置。在我们的团队核实后暂停被举报的卡片，就是我们回应此类举报的方式；它从不是事先作出的判断。
收到举报后，我们会进行人工核实，并根据适用法律法规、相关政策及服务条款，视情况停止指定记录的卡片在meowport.app官方读卡页继续加载和展示；举报邮件本身不自动触发停止。卡片发布者或相关权利人可通过下列邮箱说明异议、补充必要材料并申请复核。我们按适用要求核验处理，不承诺所有投诉均成立或固定时间内完成审核。
本项网页措施本身不会删除或修改设备中的本地记录，也不等于删除iCloud/CloudKit源记录。其范围不覆盖中国大陆站、已取得的明文、外部副本和旧版或修改后的客户端；更换记录标识可能不再命中原单卡决定。读卡页每次打开和持续展示时都会核验停止展示名单；当该核验暂时无法完成时，卡片最多可继续展示约15分钟，随后暂停并提供重试，这不等于违规认定，主页不因此停用。
iCloud由Apple及适用地区的服务方依其条款独立提供；其对账户或内容的处置不等于喵护照的网页措施，喵护照不能代为控制、撤销或保证恢复。依法不得排除的责任及您的法定权利不受本说明限制。举报或申请复核请联系 [email protected] 或 [email protected]。
