本用户服务条款（“本条款”）适用于你使用 Meowport（亦称“喵护照”，“本 App”，“我们”）的 iOS、iPadOS、macOS、tvOS、小组件、App Intents、快捷指令、本地文档、导出数据包，以及面向中国大陆的 meowport.cn 和面向中国大陆以外地区的 meowport.app 相关网站。
请仔细阅读本条款。下载、访问、购买、订阅或使用喵护照，即表示你同意本条款，以及适用的 Apple Media Services 条款、App Store 条款和 Apple 对通过 Apple 平台分发 App 所适用的标准或自定义最终用户许可条款。若你不同意，请不要使用喵护照。
本条款仅提供简体中文和英文版本。中文和英文版本分别作为对应语言环境下的权威文本。喵护照不提供其他语言的机器翻译法律文本。其他语言的 App 标签、按钮、摘要、商店本地化文本或客服说明，仅用于产品导航或便利理解，不会修改、翻译或替代本条款。
喵护照是一款个人猫咪照护记录 App。它帮助用户记录、整理、查看、导出，并在用户启用时同步猫咪档案、日常照护、疫苗、驱虫、体检、化验、用药、饮食、用品、玩具、费用、共同照护、应急卡、归档和纪念信息。
喵护照不是：
喵护照的猫咪档案、封面、二维码卡片、PDF 健康记录、疫苗参考节奏、AI 管家、化验标记和应急卡仅为个人记录和准备工具。它们不是兽医、海关、旅行或政府机构签发的官方文件或证明，也不证明法律效力、所有权、疫苗合规、旅行资格、通关许可或兽医健康适宜性。
你必须具备所在司法辖区允许使用本 App 的法律能力。喵护照面向成年人，或在父母、监护人适当监督下使用。本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童；你不应让儿童在没有适当监督和同意的情况下通过本 App 提交个人信息。
你需要负责：
在你遵守本条款和 Apple 适用条款的前提下，我们授予你有限的、个人的、非排他的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，使你可以在你拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上，或在 Apple 条款允许的其他范围内使用喵护照。
你不得：
“用户内容”是指你通过喵护照录入、导入、扫描、拍摄、记录、存储、同步、分享或导出的信息，包括猫咪资料、宠物健康相关记录、备注、照片、用药信息、AI 提问、AI 输出、共同照护记录和备份包。
你保留对用户内容的所有权。你授予喵护照为在你的设备和你启用的服务上运行本 App 所需的有限许可，包括显示、保存、本地索引、导出、备份、通过你的 iCloud 同步、写入小组件或系统集成、使用端侧能力处理，以及与你选择的参与者或服务提供商分享。
当你明确将自有猫咪“提交至共同照护”时，你仍保留该猫咪及相关用户内容的所有权。该提交仅授予家庭成员按有效角色进行共同照护所需的访问。你可以将猫咪移回仅自己管理；家庭创建者不能据为己有、转移所有权或单方面撤回并非由其拥有的猫咪。
你声明你拥有提供用户内容所需的权利和同意。除非确有必要且有合法依据，不要录入他人的机密信息、个人信息、医疗信息或联系方式。
喵护照可能显示提醒、趋势、热力图、时间表、异常化验标记、疫苗参考节奏、用药一致性、饮食建议、补货提醒或 AI 生成的记录维护建议。这些输出仅供参考，可能不完整、过时、不准确或不适合你的猫咪。
化验值和参考区间色带可能来自原始兽医实验室报告，或公开的兽医实验室/文献参考来源。参考区间不是诊断，不能确认或排除疾病，且可能因实验室、分析仪、方法、试剂、年龄、品种和个体情况不同而变化。请将这些范围作为记录辅助，并让兽医结合原始报告进行解释。
你同意：
AI 功能是可选的记录维护和查询助手，不构成医疗、法律、应急或官方建议。
由你选择哪一个模型来回答请求。选择 Apple 模型时，喵护照使用 Apple 端侧模型。Apple 私有云计算（Private Cloud Compute）是一项独立能力，默认关闭；在其可用时，我们可能建议你开启，以便在隐私与模型能力之间取得更好的平衡，但只有你本人可以在 AI 管家设置中开启，选择 Apple 模型并不会代你开启。开启后，你的选择会被保存：在 Apple 授权资格、设备、地区、系统、账户、网络、额度以及喵护照当前适配条件允许的范围内，后续 Apple 模型对话会直接尝试通过私有云计算处理，不会再就每一条消息请求你确认。关闭该设置后，Apple 模型恢复为端侧处理。喵护照不运营自有的 AI 推理服务，私有云计算也不是喵护照的服务器。
Apple 端侧模型、私有云计算及相关 Apple 能力的可用性取决于我们无法控制的因素，包括 Apple 授权与开发者资格；设备型号与操作系统版本；Apple 智能及相关系统设置；地区、语言、账户与网络状况；Apple 服务状态、额度与使用限制；Apple 政策、开发者计划或技术接口的调整；以及你已安装的喵护照版本是否仍满足适用的适配要求。因此，我们不保证私有云计算长期可用，不保证其对每一位用户、每一台设备、每一种语言或每一个地区均可用，不保证其不受额度、频率或其他限制，不保证任何单次请求一定成功，也不保证其功能、性能或隐私特性维持不变。
如果私有云计算暂时不可用，或某次请求未能通过私有云计算完成，喵护照可能改由 Apple 端侧路径完成该次请求；此类失败不会自动关闭你已保存的偏好。如果 Apple 模型本身不可用或失败，喵护照可能退回本地处理，或提示你配置自定义 API。在任何情况下，喵护照都不会自行将请求转交第三方模型提供商。
如果你使用自定义模型 API，你需要自行负责 API 提供商、端点、模型、账户、密钥、费用、提供商条款、隐私实践、数据保留和安全。只有在你配置并选择该提供商后，内容才会发送给第三方；届时相关聊天内容、宠物记录上下文和你选择上传的图片可能会发送给该提供商，并受其自身条款与隐私政策约束。若你启用图片上传，你确认所选提供商和模型支持视觉输入，并愿意将这些图片发送给该提供商。Apple 私有云计算是 Apple 平台能力，与自定义第三方 API 并非同一回事。
无论由哪个模型作答，喵护照自身的权限校验、共同照护角色、记录规则和写入确认仍然适用。共同照护权限为只读的参与者不能借助 AI 写入记录；AI 回复本身也不会完成任何更改：只有经你确认后才会新增或修改记录，且在更改实际发生前，回复不得表述为已经完成更改。
AI 可能错误、不完整、过时或具有误导性，使用私有云计算并不会使回答变得准确。依赖 AI 输出前必须事实核查，尤其是健康、用药、疫苗、饮食、化验、行为、旅行或应急相关建议。喵护照可能要求或建议对高风险写入进行人工复核，但你仍需负责确认最终记录。如果猫咪身体不适或涉及医疗决策，请优先咨询合格兽医。
Mac 互联 / MCP 服务是由 Mac 承载的伴随功能。iPhone、iPad 或 tvOS App 不运行 MCP 服务器。经你启用后，iOS 可展示来自同一 iCloud 当前快照或未来心跳记录的状态，并可在你打开 Mac 互联页面时通过本地网络 Bonjour 发现附近的 Mac 服务。
Mac 互联默认关闭。请仅在可信 Mac 和可信网络中启用。Mac 端 MCP 客户端、agent、授权、工具范围、日志和运行时权限应在 Mac 上管理。关闭 iOS 端 Mac 互联会停止 iPhone 侧状态检查和本地发现；不会删除猫咪记录、iCloud 同步数据、备份包、授权或 Mac 端日志。
喵护照采用本地优先设计。如果你启用 iCloud 同步、iCloud 智能同步（在你自己已登录的设备之间逐条同步记录，属于喵护照 Pro）、iCloud 备份、CKShare 共同照护或家庭共享功能，记录可能通过 Apple iCloud / CloudKit 基础设施及适用地区的 iCloud 合作伙伴存储和传输。这些服务受 Apple 条款、iCloud 条款和地区服务安排约束。同步的可用性和及时性取决于 Apple 服务、账户状态、网络状况和设备设置。共同照护所必需的受邀成员同步与私有智能同步分开：加入共同照护家庭需要喵护照 Pro，退出家庭则不需要。共同照护自动同步覆盖有权访问的外来家庭猫咪，以及成员已明确提交至该家庭的自有猫咪。其他未提交私有猫咪仅供本机使用，或由用户手动进行 iCloud 备份或导出；加入家庭本身不会解锁这些猫咪的私有智能同步。
家庭共同照护通过 Apple iCloud 私有分享运行。创建者建立家庭前，必须在可见清单中逐猫审阅拟提交的现有自有猫咪；这些猫咪可以默认勾选，但创建者可以在明确确认前取消，清单之外的猫咪不得静默提交。受邀编辑者的猫咪默认不提交，必须由编辑者逐猫主动选择“提交至共同照护”；查看者不能提交，接受邀请本身也不会提交其私有猫咪。打开、取消或关闭 Apple 分享界面不会构成提交；只有你明确确认且私有分享成功建立后，猫咪才会提交。只有已提交猫咪进入家庭工作区。如果你与共同照护参与者分享记录，他们可能根据其角色、设备和行为查看、编辑、导出、复制、截图或进一步披露数据。你需要自行选择可信参与者，并在必要时撤销访问。撤销访问可能无法移除他人已经导出、截图、备份或保存的副本。
一个家庭可能由用于维护家庭成员和权限的私有分享，以及各猫咪所有者分别控制的多个逐猫私有分享共同组成。受邀人加入时，可能先接受家庭管理邀请，再分批接受一个或多个仅向指定收件人发出的逐猫邀请。受 Apple 服务、账户、网络、设备、存储和相关所有者设备状态影响，这些步骤可能延迟、重试或部分完成，且跨不同 Apple 账户的加入、撤回和权限变化不构成即时原子事务；已成功接受的分享不会仅因另一个逐猫分享失败而自动回滚。喵护照会尽合理努力显示等待、失败或部分同步状态，但不保证所有分享即时、同时或无损完成。
为完成上述流程，喵护照可能处理 Apple 提供的不透明账户、记录、zone 和分享标识，以及仅供指定收件人接受私有分享所需的邀请元数据和邀请 URL。这些邀请不会设置为公开分享，邀请 URL 不会单独授予访问权限，也不是“持有即授权”的凭证；访问仍须由 Apple 账户、受邀参与者身份、接受状态和有效权限共同决定。原始邀请 URL 和 CloudKit token 不得写入 App 生成的诊断信息或作为公开链接发布。喵护照不声明运营自有服务器以替代 Apple 对这些邀请和权限的控制。
接收到共享猫咪的设备都会保存该猫咪记录的本地副本，与角色无关——查看者设备同样持有共享数据。共同照护的编辑权限则不仅允许参与者修改共享记录，还会使受支持的编辑者设备自动下载并保留附件的离线副本，以支持离线共同照护和记录写作。这些副本会占用编辑者设备空间，并由编辑者的设备、Apple 账户和行为控制。创建者应仅向可信对象授予编辑权限；编辑者应保护自己的设备、账户、离线副本、导出文件和备份。即使之后降为只读、撤销访问或结束分享，喵护照也无法保证删除编辑者已经导出、截图、备份、复制或保存到 App 控制范围之外的内容。
如果前编辑者对其他参与者拥有的猫咪有未发送修改，喵护照会要求其选择保留本地、可另行导出的原家庭副本，或仅删除 App 控制的外来家庭副本和未发送的共同照护草稿。该选择绝不会删除成员自己拥有的猫咪，包括已经移回仅自己管理的已提交猫咪。删除自有猫咪须另行提出，并经过知情确认。
喵护照会按照共同照护中的拥有者、编辑者或查看者身份限制相应操作。查看者仅对有权访问的家庭猫咪保持只读；查看者自己的猫咪和其他无关功能继续适用普通免费版或 Pro 规则，查看者身份不会使整个 App 进入只读，也不允许查看者提交自己的猫咪。提交者可以随时将其猫咪移回仅自己管理。发起移回操作的受支持客户端在记录该选择后，会及时从本机的家庭展示和操作范围中移除该猫咪，并保留提交者本地猫咪；其他受支持客户端在取得这一变更状态后跟进，Apple 层面的跨账户撤回可能稍后完成。移回仍在处理期间，受支持版本会同时暂停该猫咪的共同照护和个人智能同步自动传输，避免通过两个路径重复发送。只有安全交接得到确认且用户有 Pro 时，个人智能同步才可恢复；没有 Pro 时，该猫咪仅保留在本机，或由用户手动进行 iCloud 备份或导出。角色变更由某台受支持客户端记录后，该客户端会及时停止本机相关访问或编辑；其他受支持客户端在取得变更后跟进，Apple 服务和账户权限可能需要更多时间完成云端变化。没有经验证的创建者撤权审计时，提示只会中性说明“CloudKit 确认此账户不再具有共同照护访问权限”，不会声称由创建者或其他特定人员实施了移除。喵护照无法保证旧版本、经修改的软件或已保存至 App 控制范围外的副本同时受到相同限制。
导出包、PDF、应急卡、二维码和分享链接可能披露信息。请只与可信对象分享。
喵护照可能与 Apple 平台功能集成，包括小组件、App Intents、Siri / 快捷指令、日历、提醒事项、本地通知、照片选择器、相机、本地网络、Spotlight、文件、文档分享、通过 Apple 登录、StoreKit、iCloud 和 CloudKit。这些功能取决于 Apple API、用户权限、设备状态、OS 版本、网络可用性和用户设置。
你可以在喵护照设置或 Apple 系统设置中控制许多系统集成。关闭某项集成不一定能移除已在 App 外部创建的系统项目，除非喵护照仍能访问并清理这些项目。
部分功能需要 Meowport Pro 或其他付费权益。购买和订阅由 Apple 通过你的 App Store 账户处理。账单、付款方式、税费、家庭共享资格、续订、取消控制、退款和交易记录由 Apple 处理，而不是喵护照处理。
私有智能同步以及创建和日常管理共同照护家庭属于 Pro 范围。受邀人接受家庭后，继续接收其获准查看或编辑的家庭猫咪，以及同步其已明确提交的自有猫咪，不以其持续订阅 Pro 为条件。Pro 失效不会将任何未提交私有猫咪纳入自动同步，也不阻止成员退出家庭、停止访问或将自己的已提交猫咪移回仅自己管理。
除非 Apple 或适用法律另有规定：
我们可能调整功能打包、名称或可用性，但不会在没有合理产品、法律、技术、安全或平台原因的情况下，有意移除活跃订阅者的核心付费功能。
在线应急卡是与离线应急二维码及共同照护分离的自愿功能。只有猫咪所有者在逐项预览并确认字段、专属披露及适用法律文本后，App 才会尝试把所选应急信息投影发布到 Apple CloudKit 公用数据库。它不使用共同照护的 CKShare、成员邀请、角色或参与者权限，也不会把共同照护中的外来猫咪自动发布为在线应急卡。
公开记录使用由 App 生成的随机记录名和认证加密；读取密钥位于完整链接的 URL 片段中。Apple、网站托管方和网络系统仍可能处理有限系统元数据。持有完整二维码或链接的人可能查看、保存或转发卡片；通过消息服务发送链接也可能把完整链接提供给该服务。请勿公开主人住址、完整证件号码、人类健康资料或其他与猫咪应急求助无关的敏感信息，并确保你有权公开所选联系人资料。
页面显示最近一次成功发布的内容及受保护的发布时间，而不是实时监测、兽医核验、诊断、风险分级或治疗建议。已启用的卡片可能继续自动发布既有字段集内的猫咪资料、记录值、压缩头像和主题变化。字段扩展、首次开启和更换链接需要当前设备上的确认；法律或披露版本变化时，既有字段集及其自动更新可以继续，但 App 会在下次管理或预览时要求重新确认。
普通更新尽量保持二维码和链接稳定。更换链接会创建新访问凭据，并尝试停用旧记录；撤销会尝试删除受控公开记录。如果 CloudKit、账户、网络或设备暂不可用，状态可能显示撤销处理中并在后续机会重试。Meowport 无法收回他人已保存、截图、打印、导出或转发的副本，也不能保证外部缓存会在同一时刻消失。
数据导出可以列出在线应急卡的状态、已选择字段、披露/同意记录版本、最近成功发布时间及待清理代数，但不会包含完整链接、随机记录名、密钥或 nonce，且导入该数据不会重新启用公开发布。
喵护照可能提供本地导出包、iCloud 备份版本、当前同步快照、智能同步记录和还原预览。你需要自行安全保存导出的数据包，并理解任何取得导出包的人都可能读取或还原其中数据。
个人手动 iCloud 备份和普通个人导出只包括用户自己拥有的猫咪；所有仍在共同照护中的外来家庭猫咪（无论可编辑或只读），以及撤权后保留的原家庭副本，均不会进入这些个人数据包。另行授权的编辑者或前编辑者家庭副本导出可以包含本地已有的外来家庭内容，但会保留外来来源、列明不可用或未下载附件，并可能是部分导出。它不会使这些内容变成自有内容、获得个人智能同步资格或可提交至家庭。截图及在喵护照受控导出流程之外形成的副本仍不在此边界内。
删除功能可能包括本地删除、账户删除请求、CloudKit 清理和重试状态。部分删除流程可能包含宽限期，或因设备状态、网络状态、Apple 服务、共享参与者、备份或系统集成而需要更多时间。从你的设备删除并不保证删除接收者设备、已导出文件、第三方 AI 提供商、Apple 在喵护照控制范围外的备份、截图或你在其他地方分享的记录。
对于提供 90 天恢复入口的删除，喵护照会尽合理努力保留并核验受控的本地副本和 CloudKit 副本，并在删除前显示准确的恢复截止日期及当前保护状态。但恢复入口不是独立备份，也不保证一定恢复：如果本地副本、CloudKit zone、Apple 账户访问或所需加密密钥全部丢失、被重置、被删除、损坏或不可用，数据可能在 90 天届满前就无法恢复。提交删除请求前，请为重要记录另行创建并安全保存独立备份，不要过度或单独依赖恢复入口。
在你看到上述限制、独立备份建议和当前恢复保护状态后，删除仍由你自行决定并明确确认。90 天恢复截止日是受控可恢复内容的清理到期点，不是 Apple 或 CloudKit 服务器在该时刻精确完成删除的保证。如果届时没有获授权的受支持喵护照客户端获得执行机会，或 Apple 账户、网络或 CloudKit 不可用，受控 CloudKit 内容和受控备份的清理会在下一次可执行机会继续重试。完成前，产品会显示“待处理或部分完成”，不得表示 CloudKit 清理已经完成。这一处理不延伸到外部副本、截图、已导出文件、其他参与者保存的内容、Apple 或系统中超出 App 级控制的备份，或任意旧版/被修改客户端中的副本。
喵护照的软件、设计、图标、文本、产品结构、商标和文档由我们或许可方拥有。除本条款授予的有限许可外，本条款不会向你转让喵护照的任何权利。
如果你发送反馈、建议或想法，你允许我们不受限制且无需补偿地使用这些内容，同时你保留对自身底层内容的所有权。
喵护照可能随时间变化。我们可能出于产品、安全、法律、合规、平台、技术或商业原因增加、修改、暂停或移除功能。部分功能可能需要较新的硬件、较新的 OS 版本、iCloud、Apple 账户、Apple 智能可用性、Apple 私有云计算资格、StoreKit 访问、本地网络权限、Mac 伴随 App 或第三方服务。功能依赖 Apple 能力时，Apple 可能独立于我们变更或撤回该能力。
我们可能更新本条款。如有重大变更，我们会尽合理努力通过 App 内、网站或发行说明通知。除非法律要求其他流程，变更后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
在法律允许的最大范围内，喵护照按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不作任何形式保证。我们不保证：
本条款不限制适用消费者法律下不得限制的权利。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因喵护照产生或与喵护照相关的间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩罚性或类似损害负责，也不对数据丢失、利润损失、兽医费用、旅行中断、寄养拒绝、法律不合规、情绪困扰或第三方提供商行为负责。
在适用法律允许的范围内，对于因用户选择删除、未保留独立备份、设备或账户丢失、CloudKit zone 删除、加密密钥重置、Apple 服务或存储不可用、共同照护参与者保存外部副本等超出喵护照合理控制范围的情况造成的恢复失败或数据丢失，我们不承担法律不得强制要求之外的责任。此项约定不排除或限制依法不得排除、不得限制的消费者、隐私、数据保护或其他法定权利。
若责任不能被排除，我们的总责任以你在索赔前 12 个月为喵护照支付的金额或适用法律要求的最低金额中较高者为限。
在法律允许范围内，你同意就因你的用户内容、误用喵护照、违反本条款、分享决定、自定义 API 配置、Mac MCP 设置或侵犯他人权利/违反法律而产生的索赔、损失、责任、损害、成本和费用，为我们抗辩、赔偿并使我们免受损害。
你可以随时停止使用喵护照。如果你违反本条款，或法律、Apple 政策、服务停止、法律/安全/平台风险要求，我们可能暂停或终止你对相关功能的访问。终止不会自动取消 App Store 订阅；请通过 Apple 的取消流程处理。
本条款仅提供简体中文和英文版本。我们不提供其他语言的机器翻译法律文本，因为未经审阅的法律翻译可能改变法律含义并造成不必要风险。若法院、监管机构、应用商店或平台要求其他语言文本，该文本应另行准备或审阅，并仅在强制性法律要求范围内适用。
喵护照当前开发和运营人员位于中国上海。本条款拟通过 Apple 平台在全球适用。无论本节如何规定，你所在司法辖区的强制性消费者保护、隐私权和当地法律仍可能适用。在法律允许的最大范围内，本条款及相关非合同争议适用中华人民共和国法律，但不适用冲突法规则。
在法律允许的最大范围内，争议应先通过下方联系方式提交给我们，以便尝试友好解决。若无法友好解决，你和喵护照同意将争议提交中国上海有管辖权的法院处理。若争议发生后双方另行同意仲裁，或存在可执行的仲裁约定，仲裁地亦应为中国上海，除非法律另有规定。
本节不阻止任一方在有管辖权的法院或机关寻求紧急禁令、平台安全、知识产权或付款相关救济，也不限制不得放弃的消费者权利或隐私权。
如果法院或有权机关认定本条款部分内容不可执行，其余部分继续有效。
对于从 App Store 下载的 App，Apple 及其子公司在 Apple 标准 App 条款要求的范围内为本条款的第三方受益人。Apple 无义务为喵护照提供维护或支持。Apple 负责 App Store 支付处理，并可执行适用的 App Store 条款。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meowport, also known as 喵护照 ("Meowport", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), including versions for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, widgets, App Intents, Shortcuts, local documents, export packages, and related websites under meowport.app.
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Meowport, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable Apple Media Services terms, App Store terms, and Apple standard or custom end-user license terms that apply to apps distributed through Apple platforms. If you do not agree, do not use Meowport.
These Terms are provided only in Simplified Chinese and English. Both Chinese and English versions are intended to be authoritative for their respective language contexts. Meowport does not provide machine-translated legal text in other languages. Any other-language app label, button, summary, store-localization text, or support explanation is for product navigation or convenience only and does not amend, translate, or replace these Terms.
Meowport is a personal cat-care record app. It helps users record, organize, view, export, and, when enabled, sync information such as cat profiles, care routines, vaccines, deworming, checkups, lab results, medication plans, feeding, supplies, toys, costs, co-care notes, emergency cards, and archive or memorial information.
Meowport is not:
Meowport's cat profiles, covers, QR cards, PDF health records, vaccine schedules, AI Butler, lab flags, and emergency cards are personal record and preparation tools only. They are not official documents or certificates issued by veterinary, customs, travel, or government authorities and do not prove legal validity, ownership, vaccination compliance, travel eligibility, customs clearance, or veterinary fitness.
You must be legally able to use the App in your jurisdiction. Meowport is intended for adults or for use under appropriate parent or guardian supervision. The App is not directed to children under 13, and you should not allow a child to submit personal information through the App without appropriate supervision and consent.
You are responsible for:
Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Meowport on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, or as otherwise permitted by Apple's terms.
You may not:
"User Content" means information you enter, import, scan, photograph, record, store, sync, share, or export through Meowport, including cat data, pet health-adjacent records, notes, photos, medication information, AI prompts, AI outputs, shared care records, and backup packages.
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Meowport the limited permission needed to operate the App on your devices and enabled services, including displaying, saving, indexing locally, exporting, backing up, syncing through your iCloud, writing to widgets or system integrations, processing with on-device features, and sharing with participants or providers you choose.
When you expressly choose “Submit to co-care” for a cat you own, you retain ownership of that cat and its User Content. The submission gives family members only the access needed for co-care under their effective roles. You may return it to private management, and another family creator cannot claim it, transfer it, or independently withdraw a cat that creator does not own.
You represent that you have the rights and consents needed for the User Content you provide. Do not enter confidential, personal, medical, or contact information about another person unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.
Meowport may show reminders, trends, heatmaps, schedules, abnormal lab flags, vaccine reference cadence, medication adherence, feeding suggestions, restock reminders, or AI-generated record-maintenance suggestions. These outputs are informational and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your cat.
Lab values and lab reference interval bands may come from the original veterinary laboratory report or a public veterinary laboratory/literature reference source. A reference interval is not a diagnosis, cannot rule disease in or out, and may differ by laboratory, analyzer, method, reagent, age, breed, and individual situation. Use these ranges as a recordkeeping aid and ask a veterinarian to interpret results.
You agree that:
AI features are optional assistant tools for maintaining and querying pet records. They are not medical, legal, emergency, or official advice.
You choose which model answers your requests. When the Apple model is selected, Meowport uses Apple's on-device model. Apple Private Cloud Compute is a separate capability that is off by default; where it is available we may recommend it as a way to obtain a better balance between privacy and model capability, but only you can turn it on, in AI Butler settings, and selecting the Apple model does not turn it on for you. Once you do enable it, that choice is saved: later Apple-model conversations attempt Private Cloud Compute directly, as far as Apple eligibility, your device, region, system, account, network, quota, and Meowport's current integration allow, and you are not asked to confirm each message. Turning the setting off returns the Apple model to on-device processing. Meowport does not operate an AI inference service of its own, and Private Cloud Compute is not a Meowport server.
Availability of Apple's on-device model, Private Cloud Compute, and related Apple capabilities depends on matters outside our control, including Apple entitlements and developer eligibility; device model and operating-system version; Apple Intelligence and related system settings; region, language, account, and network conditions; Apple service status, quotas, and usage restrictions; changes to Apple policies, developer programs, or technical interfaces; and whether the Meowport version you have installed still satisfies the applicable integration requirements. We therefore do not guarantee that Private Cloud Compute will remain available over the long term, that it will be available to every user, device, language, or region, that it will be free from quotas, frequency limits, or other restrictions, that any individual request will succeed, or that it will retain the same functionality, performance, or privacy characteristics.
If Private Cloud Compute is temporarily unavailable or a request through it fails, Meowport may complete that request on Apple's on-device path. Your saved preference is not switched off because of such a failure. If the Apple model itself is unavailable or fails, Meowport may fall back to local processing or invite you to configure a custom API. In no case does Meowport move a request to a third-party model provider on its own.
If you use a custom model API, you are responsible for the API provider, endpoint, model, account, key, charges, provider terms, provider privacy practices, provider data retention, and provider security. Content is sent to a third party only after you configure and select that provider; when you do, relevant chat content, pet-record context, and optional images may be sent to it, and that processing is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy. If you enable image upload, you represent that your chosen provider and model support vision input and that you are comfortable sending those images to that provider. Apple Private Cloud Compute is an Apple platform capability and is not the same thing as a custom third-party API.
Whichever model answers a request, Meowport's own permission checks, co-care roles, record rules, and write confirmation continue to apply. A participant whose co-care access is read-only cannot use AI to write records, and an AI reply never completes a change by itself: a record is created or modified only after you confirm it, and no reply may state that a change has been made unless it has.
AI can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and using Private Cloud Compute does not make an answer accurate. You must fact-check AI outputs before relying on them, especially for health, medication, vaccine, feeding, lab, behavior, travel, or emergency-related suggestions. Meowport may require or recommend human review for high-risk writes, but you remain responsible for confirming the final record. If your cat appears unwell or a medical decision is needed, consult a qualified veterinarian first.
Mac link / MCP service is a Mac-hosted companion capability. The iPhone, iPad, or tvOS app does not run an MCP server. When enabled by you, iOS may show status from same-iCloud current snapshots or future heartbeat records and may discover a nearby Mac service using local-network Bonjour while you are on the Mac link screen.
Mac link defaults off. Enable it only on trusted Macs and trusted networks. Mac-side MCP clients, agents, grants, tool scopes, logs, and runtime permissions must be managed on the Mac. Turning off Mac link on iOS stops iPhone-side status checks and local discovery; it does not delete cat records, iCloud sync data, backup packages, grants, or Mac-side logs.
Meowport is local-first. If you enable iCloud sync, iCloud Smart Sync (per-record syncing between your own signed-in devices, part of Meowport Pro), iCloud backup, CKShare co-care, or shared-family features, records may be stored in and transmitted through Apple iCloud / CloudKit infrastructure and applicable regional iCloud partners. Those services are governed by Apple's terms, iCloud terms, and regional service arrangements. Sync availability and timeliness depend on Apple services, account state, network conditions, and device settings. Co-care transport required for an invited member is separate from private Smart Sync: joining a co-care family requires Meowport Pro, while leaving a family does not. Co-care sync covers authorized foreign family cats and the member's owned cats expressly submitted to that family. Every other unsubmitted private cat remains on-device or moves only through manual iCloud backup or export; joining a family does not by itself unlock private Smart Sync for those cats.
Family co-care runs through private Apple iCloud sharing. Before creating a family, the creator must review a visible per-cat list of existing owned cats proposed for submission. Those cats may be selected by default, but the creator can deselect them before explicit confirmation, and no cat outside that list may be silently submitted. An invited editor's cats are unsubmitted by default and require active per-cat opt-in using “Submit to co-care.” A viewer cannot submit cats, and accepting an invitation alone never submits a private cat. Opening, dismissing, or cancelling Apple's sharing screen does not submit a cat; submission occurs only after your explicit confirmation and successful establishment of private sharing. Only submitted cats enter the family workspace. If you share records with co-care participants, they may view, edit, export, copy, screenshot, or further disclose data according to their role, device, and behavior. You are responsible for choosing trusted participants and revoking access when appropriate. Revocation may not remove copies already exported, screenshotted, backed up, or stored by another person.
A family may consist of a private share that maintains family membership and permissions together with separate private per-cat shares controlled by each cat's owner. An invitee may first accept the family-management invitation and then accept one or more designated-recipient per-cat invitations in batches. Apple-service, account, network, device, storage, and relevant owner-device conditions can make those steps delayed, retryable, or partially complete. Joining, withdrawal, and permission changes across different Apple accounts are not an instant atomic transaction, and a successfully accepted share is not automatically rolled back because another cat share fails. Meowport uses reasonable efforts to show pending, failed, or partially synchronized status but does not guarantee that all shares complete instantly, simultaneously, or without loss.
To perform this process, Meowport may handle opaque Apple-provided account, record, zone, and share identifiers, together with private invitation metadata and invitation URLs needed by designated recipients. These invitations are not configured as public shares. An invitation URL does not itself grant access and is not bearer authorization; access still depends on the Apple account, invited-participant identity, acceptance state, and effective permissions. Raw invitation URLs and CloudKit tokens must not be included in App-generated diagnostic output or published as public links. Meowport does not claim to operate its own server in place of Apple's invitation and permission controls.
A device that receives a shared cat stores a local copy of that cat's records whatever the member's role, so viewer devices hold shared data too. Co-care editor access does more than permit changes to shared records: supported editor devices additionally download and retain offline copies of attachments for offline collaboration and record writing. These copies use storage on the editor's devices and are controlled by the editor's devices, Apple account, and conduct. Creators should grant editor access only to people they trust. Editors are responsible for securing their devices, accounts, offline copies, exports, and backups. Later downgrading, revoking, or ending access does not guarantee removal of material an editor already exported, screenshotted, backed up, copied, or stored outside the App's control.
If a former editor has unsent changes for cats owned by other participants, Meowport asks that former editor to choose between retaining a local, separately exportable former-family copy and deleting only the locally controlled foreign-family copies and unsent co-care drafts. This choice never deletes a cat owned by that member, including a submitted cat already returned to private management. Deleting an owned cat requires a separate, informed deletion request.
Meowport limits actions according to each participant's owner, editor, or viewer role. A viewer is read-only only for authorized family cats; the viewer's own cats and unrelated features continue under ordinary Free or Pro rules. Viewer status does not make the entire App read-only and does not permit the viewer to submit owned cats. A submitter can return an owned cat to private management at any time. The supported client where you initiate the return records your choice and promptly removes that cat from its family presentation and actions while preserving the submitter's local cat. Other supported clients follow after they receive that change, while Apple-level withdrawal across accounts can complete later. While that return is pending, supported versions pause both co-care and personal Smart Sync automatic transmission for that cat so it is not sent through two paths. Personal Smart Sync may resume after the handoff is confirmed and only with Pro; without Pro, the cat remains local or moves through manual iCloud backup or export. When a role change is recorded, that supported client promptly stops the affected access or editing; other supported clients follow after receiving the change, while Apple services and account permissions may take additional time to complete it across cloud copies. Without a validated creator-authored revocation audit, the notice says only that CloudKit confirms this account no longer has co-care access and does not claim that the creator or another specific person performed the removal. Meowport cannot guarantee that obsolete or modified software, or copies stored outside the App's control, will be subject to the same restrictions at the same time.
Export packages, PDFs, emergency cards, QR codes, and shared links may reveal information. Share them only with people you trust.
Meowport may integrate with Apple platform features such as widgets, App Intents, Siri / Shortcuts, Calendar, Reminders, local notifications, photo picker, camera, local network, Spotlight, files, document sharing, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, iCloud, and CloudKit. These features depend on Apple APIs, user permissions, device state, OS version, network availability, and user settings.
You can control many system integrations in Meowport settings or Apple system settings. Disabling an integration may not remove system items already created outside the App unless Meowport is able to access and clean them up.
Some features require Meowport Pro or another paid entitlement. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Apple, not Meowport, handles billing, payment method, taxes, family sharing eligibility, renewals, cancellation controls, refunds, and transaction records.
Private Smart Sync and creating or ordinarily managing a co-care family are within Pro. After an invitee accepts a family, continued receipt of family cats the member may view or edit, and synchronization of owned cats the member has expressly submitted, do not depend on that member maintaining Pro. Pro expiration does not bring any unsubmitted private cat into automatic sync, and it does not prevent leaving a family, stopping access, or returning an owned submitted cat to private management.
Unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise:
We may change feature packaging, names, or availability, but we will not intentionally remove core paid functionality from active subscribers without a reasonable product, legal, technical, safety, or platform reason.
The Online Emergency Card is an optional feature separate from the offline emergency QR and Co-Care. Only after the cat owner previews and confirms each field, the feature disclosure, and applicable legal text will the App attempt to publish the selected emergency projection to the Apple CloudKit public database. It does not use Co-Care CKShare membership, invitations, roles, or participant permissions, and it does not automatically publish cats received from Co-Care.
The public record uses an App-generated random record name and authenticated encryption; the read key is carried in the URL fragment of the complete link. Apple, the website host, and network systems may still process limited system metadata. Anyone who holds the complete QR or link may view, save, or forward the card, and sending the link through a messaging service may also provide the complete link to that service. Do not publish an owner's home address, complete identifiers, human health data, or other sensitive information unrelated to the cat's emergency care, and make sure you are authorized to publish selected contact details.
The page shows the last successfully published content and protected publication time, not real-time monitoring, veterinary verification, diagnosis, risk scoring, or treatment advice. An enabled card may continue automatic publication of changed cat details, record values, compressed profile photo, and theme within the previously confirmed field set. First enablement, field expansion, and link replacement require confirmation on the publishing device. If legal or disclosure versions change, the existing field set and its automatic updates may continue, but the App will require you to reconfirm at the next management or preview interaction.
Ordinary updates are designed to keep the QR and link stable. Link replacement creates new access credentials and attempts to retire the old record; revocation attempts to delete controlled public records. If CloudKit, the account, network, or device is temporarily unavailable, the status may remain revocation pending and retry at a later opportunity. Meowport cannot recall copies that another person saved, screenshotted, printed, exported, or forwarded, and cannot promise that external caches disappear at the same time.
A data export may list Online Emergency Card state, selected fields, disclosure and consent receipt versions, last successful publication time, and pending-cleanup generation count. It excludes the complete link, random record name, key, and nonce, and importing that data does not re-enable publication.
Meowport may provide local export packages, iCloud backup versions, current sync snapshots, Smart Sync records, and restore previews. You are responsible for storing exported packages safely and for understanding that anyone with access to an export package may be able to read or restore the included data.
Personal manual iCloud backup and general personal export include only cats you own. All active foreign family cats, whether editable or read-only, and retained former-family copies are excluded from those structured personal packages. A separately authorized editor or former-editor family-copy export may include locally available foreign-family content, keeps its foreign origin, identifies unavailable or not-downloaded attachments, and may be partial. It does not make that content owned, eligible for personal Smart Sync, or eligible for family submission. Screenshots and copies created outside Meowport's controlled export flow remain outside this boundary.
Deletion features may include local deletion, account deletion requests, CloudKit cleanup, and retry states. Some deletion processes may include a grace period or may require additional time because of device state, network state, Apple services, shared participants, backups, or system integrations. Deletion from your device does not guarantee deletion from recipients' devices, exported files, third-party AI providers, Apple backups outside Meowport's control, screenshots, or records you shared elsewhere.
For deletions that provide a 90-day recovery entry, Meowport uses reasonable efforts to retain and verify controlled local and CloudKit copies and shows the exact recovery deadline and current protection state before deletion. The recovery entry is not an independent backup and does not guarantee recovery. If local copies, the CloudKit zone, Apple-account access, or required encryption keys are all lost, reset, deleted, corrupted, or unavailable, the data may become unrecoverable before the 90 days end. Before submitting a deletion request, create and safely keep an independent backup of important records and do not rely excessively or exclusively on the recovery entry.
You decide whether to proceed after receiving these limitations, the independent-backup recommendation, and the current recovery-protection state, and you must confirm the deletion explicitly. The 90-day recovery deadline is the cleanup-due point for controlled recoverable content, not a guarantee that Apple or CloudKit servers will complete deletion at that exact time. If no authorized supported Meowport client has an execution opportunity at the deadline, or the Apple account, network, or CloudKit is unavailable, cleanup of controlled CloudKit content and controlled backups will retry at the next available execution opportunity. Until it finishes, the product shows cleanup as pending or partially complete and does not state that CloudKit cleanup has completed. This does not extend to external copies, screenshots, exports, content retained by participants, Apple or system backups outside App-level control, or copies held by arbitrary obsolete or modified clients.
Meowport, including its software, design, icons, text, product structure, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any rights in Meowport to you.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while you keep ownership of your own underlying content.
Meowport may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features for product, safety, legal, compliance, platform, technical, or business reasons. Some features may require newer hardware, newer OS versions, iCloud, an Apple account, Apple Intelligence availability, Apple Private Cloud Compute eligibility, StoreKit access, local-network permission, a Mac companion app, or third-party services. Where a feature depends on an Apple capability, Apple may change or withdraw that capability independently of us.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will use reasonable in-app, website, or release-note notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires a different process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meowport is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for lost data, lost profits, veterinary costs, travel disruption, boarding refusal, legal non-compliance, emotional distress, or third-party provider conduct arising from or related to Meowport.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible beyond any liability the law requires for recovery failure or data loss caused by a user's deletion choice or failure to keep an independent backup, loss of a device or account, deletion of a CloudKit zone, reset of encryption keys, unavailable Apple services or storage, or external copies retained by co-care participants, where those matters are outside Meowport's reasonable control. This does not exclude or limit consumer, privacy, data-protection, or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Meowport in the 12 months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of Meowport, your violation of these Terms, your sharing decisions, your custom API configuration, your Mac MCP setup, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.
You may stop using Meowport at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to features if you violate these Terms, if required by law or Apple policy, if a service is discontinued, or if continuing to provide a feature creates legal, safety, security, or platform risk. Termination does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions; use Apple's cancellation process.
These Terms are provided only in Simplified Chinese and English. We do not provide machine-translated legal text in other languages because unreviewed legal translations can change legal meaning and create avoidable risk. If a court, regulator, app store, or platform requires another language, that text must be prepared or reviewed separately and will apply only to the extent mandatory law requires.
Meowport's current development and operation personnel are located in Shanghai, China. These Terms are intended to operate globally through Apple platforms. Mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, and local laws in your jurisdiction may apply regardless of this section. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms and related non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes should first be raised with us at the contact address below so we can try to resolve them informally. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Meowport agree to submit it to the competent courts located in Shanghai, China. Where arbitration is mutually agreed after a dispute arises, or where an enforceable arbitration agreement applies, arbitration should likewise be seated in Shanghai, China unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive, platform-security, intellectual-property, or payment-related relief in any court or authority with jurisdiction, and nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights or privacy rights.
If a court or authority finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's standard app terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Meowport. Apple is responsible for App Store payment processing and may enforce applicable App Store terms.
